Our system is deployed on a Linuxha clustered on redundant platform in two different locations. In addition, the SMS gateways and e-mail servers are also redundant through our use of different providers.

The cluster has two purposes: high-availability and scalability. And it means that we can handle huge fleets on the same mutualized server.

The entire system is monitored in real-time by a dedicated server. Alerts are sent if one of the services enters a warning state characterized by technical indicators such as disk space, CPU usage, I/O volume; or business indicators, such as messages queues. If the service enters a critical state, then the system automatically switches to the back-up service.

All that means is that we can confidently guarantee 99.97% availability.
